Watch the match. Together. Properly.
For supporter groups, corporate hospitality, embassy gatherings, and any organization where 100–1,200 people want to experience a match together without dealing with stadium logistics — and yes, you can still send a smaller delegation to the gates.
The format
Private space in one of our ballrooms — Horizon (up to 1,200) or Skyline (up to 600) — with live FIFA broadcast on 4-sided projection plus secondary screens for table-level viewing. Full F&B from our kitchen including kosher and halal options. Bar service through the match.
Typical run-of-show: doors 90 minutes before kickoff for a pre-match reception with food stations and bar; speakers / sponsor remarks 30 minutes before kickoff; broadcast live with synchronized in-room reactions; post-match: half-hour bar window, then transition to whatever's next on your program.
Why a watch party here vs. the stadium itself
For most organizations bringing 50+ guests, getting tickets, transport, parking, and seats all together is operationally hard and expensive. A private watch party gets you the shared experience without the logistical nightmare — and at price points that are often less than 1 ticket per attendee.
For organizations that DO have a small number of stadium tickets for VIPs: the hybrid plays well. VIPs go to the match (shuttle them to the gates via standard or VIP shuttle); the rest of the group watches in your private space with full hospitality; everyone meets back at the property for the post-match.
For specific audiences
Supporter groups + diaspora communities: for federation-affiliated supporter groups bringing fans from out of town who weren't able to secure tickets, a watch party at WoB delivers the experience — together, in the right city, with the right F&B, in a space that holds the energy. Pricing scales with attendance.
Sponsor brands: for sponsor brands wanting to host clients or employees through a match, a private watch party offers controlled experience, brand activation surface, and the optional add-on of stadium tickets for a smaller exec group.
Embassies + cultural organizations: for embassies and cultural orgs hosting nationals through a match, the property's multi-language staff, kosher and halal kitchens, and proximity to consular events in Manhattan all matter.
Corporate hospitality programs: for sponsor hospitality programs that need to scale beyond a 12-person stadium suite, watch parties are the ladder to bringing larger client cohorts together.
Pricing direction
Watch party pricing depends on guest count, F&B program, A/V needs, and match tier (Final commands a premium). Group-stage matches start in the low five figures for 100-guest packages; the Final commands six-figure investment for a full ballroom takeover. Contact events@theworldofblue.com for a proposal.
