Terms of Service
The agreement between you and World of Blue when you book a room, buy a match-day parking pass, reserve shuttle seats, or host an event.
Room reservations
Room rates are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars. New Jersey taxes (6.625% sales tax + 5% state occupancy fee + 3% municipal occupancy tax = 14.625% combined on lodging) are itemized on every receipt.
Cancellation: direct bookings made through theworldofblue.com may be cancelled penalty-free up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Inside 48 hours, the first night is charged. World Cup 2026 match-window stays follow a separate policy disclosed at booking; refunds are available only if FIFA / the host committee cancels your match.
No-show: failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice forfeits the first night. Subsequent nights are released unless held with a confirmed late-arrival note.
Smoking and pets: non-smoking property. Smoking in a guest room incurs a $250 cleaning fee. Pet policy on request — call the front desk.
Match-day parking passes
Each parking pass is single-use, non-transferable, and valid only for the match date and vehicle selected. Sharing, reselling, or duplicating the pass voids it and forfeits entry without refund. Plate verification at the manned gate is final.
Refunds: all parking sales are final once the QR pass is issued, except in the case of a match cancellation by FIFA / the host committee. In that case, parking fees for the cancelled match are fully refundable to the original payment method within 14 business days.
You waive and release World of Blue, the property owner, and their employees and agents from liability for any damage to, loss of, or theft from your vehicle while parked on the lot, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You park at your own risk.
You agree to comply with match-day security protocols: credentialed scan-in, vehicle/plate verification, perimeter rules, and lawful instructions from NJ State Police and on-site staff. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
Shuttle seats
Shuttle seats are non-transferable and tied to the names on the reservation. Capacity is fixed; missed departures cannot be made up. Service runs starting 3 hours before kickoff and ending 1 hour after the final whistle.
VIP shuttle (VAAP) seats are subject to FIFA / host committee Vehicle Access Permit availability and may be cancelled or rerouted if access is revoked. In that event, you'll be refunded the VIP premium and rebooked on the standard shuttle.
Event contracts
Weddings, corporate events, galas, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other private functions are governed by a separate event agreement signed at the time of booking. Deposits, payment milestones, food-and-beverage minimums, and cancellation policies are spelled out in that contract.
This terms page does not replace the event agreement. In any conflict, the signed event contract controls.
General
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, NJ.
Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance.
