Pool, fitness, spa.
Three connected spaces on the third floor — designed for guests who want to maintain their routine on the road, recover after a wedding weekend, or just unwind between stadium days.
Indoor pool
Heated indoor saltwater pool, 60 feet by 25 feet, open 6 AM – 10 PM daily. Lap-swim lanes available 6–9 AM weekdays. Adjacent hot tub seats 8 comfortably, open the same hours.
Pool deck has private cabanas (no reservation needed, first-come), towel service, and a lounge area with views of the property courtyard. Children welcome — under-12s must be accompanied by an adult.
The pool deck connects directly to the fitness center on the same floor, so guests can do a strength session and a swim without changing locations.
Fitness center
24/7 access for hotel guests via room key. The fitness center includes:
- Peloton bikes (4 units)
- Technogym treadmills, ellipticals, and rowing machines
- Full free-weight rack (5–100 lb dumbbells) plus a smith machine and cable tower
- Functional training zone with kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX
- Yoga + stretch area with mats and foam rollers
- Towel service, water, fruit, electrolyte mix at the entry
- Two showers in the fitness center itself for guests staying at events
Personal trainers available on request — same-day booking possible through concierge.
Spa services
The on-property spa offers a focused menu rather than a sprawling one — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and sports massage; classic and anti-aging facials; manicure and pedicure. All services bookable through concierge or in-room.
For wedding parties, bridal-suite in-room hair and makeup services are coordinated through events. For corporate offsites, "wellness breaks" between sessions (15-minute chair massages, stretching workshops) can be added to any program.
Event-day rituals
Match-day guests typically split between two pre-game patterns: lap swim + breakfast + a slow walk to the shuttle, OR a full strength session + steam + a pre-game lunch. Both work; the property is set up to flex around game time.
Post-event, the pool and hot tub run later than you'd expect (10 PM close), which makes them a quiet decompression spot after a stadium night.
