Eat. Drink. Linger.

Three rooms. One kitchen team.

World of Blue's culinary program runs across a full-service restaurant, an intimate bar, an all-day café, and 24-hour room service — coordinated by a single chef de cuisine.

CrossBar — restaurant

CrossBar is the property's all-day, full-service restaurant. Breakfast 7–11 AM (including a la carte and a buffet on weekends), lunch 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM, and dinner 5:30–10 PM (11 PM on Friday and Saturday). Bar opens at 4 PM through close.

The menu sits in the modern American category — wood-grilled proteins, seasonal vegetables, handmade pastas, dry-aged steaks, raw bar. Not minimalist, not chasing trends. The kind of menu that works for a business dinner, a wedding rehearsal, or a Sunday brunch with kids.

Wine program is intentionally short — about 60 bottles, half priced under $90 — focused on producers you might not know but should. Cocktail program leans on classics done well, with a small rotating menu of seasonal originals.

Reservations recommended on weekends and stadium event days. Walk-ins always welcome at the bar.

The Speakeasy — bar program

The Speakeasy is the property's intimate bar — 38 seats, brass and walnut, classic cocktail program, no clock anywhere in the room. Open from 5 PM to close, 7 days a week.

The menu is built around the classics: a properly-built Manhattan, an Old Fashioned with the right ice, a Vesper that's actually shaken. The bar team will go off-menu happily — tell them what flavors you like and they'll build something. Small bites menu (no full meals — eat at CrossBar) includes oysters, tinned fish, charcuterie, and a single nightly special.

For private events and buyouts, The Speakeasy seats up to 38 guests for cocktail parties (60 standing). Inquire through the events team.

The Café — all-day grab-and-go

The Café off the lobby opens at 6 AM and runs through 8 PM. Pastries, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, real espresso (Toby's Estate beans), and a small breakfast / lunch menu for guests who want something quick before heading out.

Open to non-guests too — a popular morning stop for business meetings, post-event coffee, and weekend walk-ins from the Meadowlands corridor.

24-hour room service

Room service runs 24 hours, with a full menu during restaurant hours (7 AM – 11 PM) and a late-night menu (11 PM – 7 AM) of sandwiches, salads, soups, breakfast classics, and a small dessert list. Order via the in-room phone or the WoB app once it launches mid-next-week.

Kosher and halal catering

For private events, kosher and halal kitchens are available on request — full-service, certified, with the ability to handle anything from a small private dinner to a 1,200-guest wedding. The events team coordinates with the rabbi or imam of your choice and handles all certification logistics.

For Shabbat-observant guests staying in our rooms, the Café offers kosher-certified packaged options and we maintain a Shabbat-observant floor with a Shabbos elevator (Friday sundown through Saturday sundown).

Event catering

The same culinary team that runs the restaurant handles event catering. From a 12-person executive dinner in a private dining room to a 1,200-guest wedding in the Horizon Ballroom, the menus are built collaboratively with the host. Tastings are part of every contract.
