Signed agreement plus 30% deposit reserves your date. 50% due 45 days out. 20% due 14 days prior.

Food, Beverage & Bar.
Our in-house team builds the menu with you. Plated, family-style, station-based, passed hors d'oeuvres — finalized after a tasting.
You hire your own catering team and waitstaff. Full prep kitchen available. Caterer must be pre-approved by World of Blue, and carry liability insurance.
The open bar is optional. If you want one, it's a flat $4,500 — covers up to ~450 guests for 5 hours of service (beer, wine, spirits, signature cocktails, bartenders, setup). If you skip it, no charge. Either way, our liquor license requires we run any bar service.
