Ballrooms

Smaller event rooms
Vista Room — 2,400 sq ft, up to 150 plated / 200 cocktail. Stadium-side. Common pick for rehearsal dinners, board meetings, smaller fundraisers.
Garden Room — 1,800 sq ft, up to 100 plated. Adjacent to rooftop terrace; routinely combined for indoor/outdoor flow.
Boardrooms (3 dedicated) — 12 to 24 seat configurations, fixed conference tables, dedicated video conferencing, executive finishes. Booked by the day or hour.
Breakout suites (8) — 400–600 sq ft each, theater-style up to 50 or classroom up to 30. Used for conference breakouts, brand activations, hospitality lounges.
Outdoor + specialty
Rooftop terrace — 5,000 sq ft outdoor space with stadium and city views. Can be tented and heated October–April. Common for wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, corporate launches with skyline backdrop.
Bridal suite — full hair and makeup stations, lounge seating, private bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows. Included in all wedding packages.
Pre-function spaces — extensive lobby and gallery areas that flex into cocktail-hour space and registration zones for major events.
What's included
Every space includes: house tables and chairs in multiple configurations, ivory linens, basic AV (mic, projector, screen), house lighting, complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site event coordinator. Add-on: theatrical lighting, full sound, custom linens, decor partnerships, branded signage, kosher and halal catering, custom menus.
Vendor load-in begins 24 hours pre-event when needed; strike post-event runs the same. Dedicated event manager on-property the day of.
